The M/S Encantada, an exotic, romantic motor sailor was recently (2003) re-modelled. It is outfitted to carry 12 passengers in 6 double cabins with private bathrooms, cabins have upper and lower berths, and passengers have the comfort of hot or cold water and central air conditioned. The boat features TV, VCR, dining and social area and sun deck.

CHARTER PAYMENT POLICIES
1- Upon confirmation of yacht charter, a deposit of 15% of the total cost is required in order to guarantee the reservation.
2- 120 days prior to the sailing date a second deposit of 15% of the total cost is required.
3- Balance of payment is required 60 days prior to the sailing date.
4- If a cancellation is received between reconfirmation and 120 days prior to the sailing date, we will charge US$ 200.00 as handling fee.
5- In case we receive a cancellation between reconfirmation and 120 days prior the sailing date, the first and second deposits will be kept as a cancellation fee.
6- If cancellation is received between 60 days prior to the sailing date, the full cost of the cruise will be charged as a cancellation fee.
7- Deposits or payment in case of cancellation are refundable if the charter is resold by us. This reimbursement will be made only after sailing date. PAYMENT POLICIES FIT’S
1- Upon confirmation of accommodation on the yacht, a deposit of 25% of the total is required in order to guarantees the reservation.
2- Balance of payment is required 30 days prior to the sailing yacht.
3- If a cancellation is received between reconfirmation and 30 days prior to the sailing date, we will charge
US$ 175 as handling fee.
4- If cancellation is received between 30 days prior to the sailing date, the full cost of the cruise will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Note: In cases of acts of providence we postpone your trip to another date we agree within the next 365 days.
5- Deposits or payment in case of cancellation are refundable if your space on the yacht is resold by us. This reimbursement will be made only after sailing date.
