I´m sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you with regard to our trip to Ecuador and the galapagos Islands. We simply had a marvelous time. The trip went much further beyond our expectations and proved to be a truly enjoyable and unique experience. The excursion was a complete success and I thank you so very much for putting so much hard work into the planning. Every aspect  and detail of the itinerary was well planned and went off without a hitch. 
 
Our local guide, Alberto, was a very knowledgeable person and showed us every consideration while escorting us to the various destinations and attractions. He was invaluable and very much appreciated. In fact, all of the people we met were extremely pleasant and cheerful. The help and services of all of the people at the hotels, transportation, guides, etc were so very thoughtful and dependable. It was quite a good staff of local representatives. 
 
The accommodations were all quite pleasant, too. The only thing I will mention is the Amarillo room at the Red Mangrove on Santa Cruz was not a very cozy room. It was literally in the mangrove which made it very dark on the inside since there was no sunlight or view from the windows. Regardless, the hotel itself was very nice and the people were great! Everyone was so very kind.
 
Chris was able to swim with the sea lions on one occasion and I did on two, but we never saw any sharks. Apparently, the water was particularly warm this time of the year. Besides that, the wildlife was interesting and we were giving some very good lessons regarding the geological and zoological history of the islands which was fascinating to know and be able to see, too.
 
All in all, the trip was great and I am glad to have made such a journey. I thank you so very much for your efforts and hope to do some more planning with you in the future. I can think of several more place to go in which your company specialized. Lately, I have missed being in the jungle, so I may begin to look into a trip for sometime in late November to go up into the Amazon, Pantanal and savannah areas of central Brazil. Do you ever handle any excursions into these regions?

The trip was perfect everything works as expected. A perfection! Transfers, hotel and city tour in Quito, flights and cruise. The man who welcome us in Quito, was very friendly and helpful.

We were lucky and the boat was not full, so we could be very comfortable. The crew of the ship and the food on board were also very good. The only thing was the return, we landed at 08.30 in the morning and the flight was at 12.40 or so and in Baltra airport there is not really much to do ... but it was not a major problem. We really enjoyed the trip, the scenery and service.

Many thanks for everything. We will recommend your agency to our friends in Spain and the UK.

I found the Athala boat very good,  the right boat for us. I wish it was easier to get to and from galapagos as we found it harder than getting to the other side of the world. But you were good to deal with and your information was solid, I suspect at some point we will try to do patagonia.

We were very happy about everything you organized for our trip!!! Somebody met us at the airport with our boarding tickets and trip information. Our guide on Galapagos was very knowledgeable and organized, the ship was amazing: rooms were clean and spacious, food was DIVINE!

The hotel in Puerto Ayora was ok, we didn't spend much time there so can't tell you much.

So thank you again soso much for everything! We had a great time and ill def recommend your organization to my friends who planning to go to Galapagos!  Take care.

Laura, I just arrived back in Ireland today.  We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Galapagos, it surpassed all our expectations.  The boat was great, we really loved our accomodation.  Also, the meals were great.  Most imporatantly, I was so happy with the itinerary (the sole reason I chose the Eric).  All the staff and crew on board couldn't have been better and they made our stay very special. 

The guides, Ivan and Adrian, were excellent - very knowledgable and entertaining and they contributed hugely to the fun element. So, thanks to you and your company for all your help. Alan
