A luxury ship will take you on an exciting cruise along the Negro and Amazon rivers with all the comfort and excellent service. The adventure begins in the city of Manaus, capital of Amazonas, famous fot its spectacular Opera House, designated as Brazilian historical heritage. Departing from Manaus, the Iberostar Grand Amazon stops at several points along the amazing Amazon jungle, and offers excursions on small boats to explore the dense, virgin vegetation. You and other adventure seekers will come into contact with the most exhuberant species of trees, plants, exotic animals and the local river communities, friendly and hospitable people. A paradise for those who like adventure with all the comfort of a five star hotel.

Cabins
72 cabins placed in three decks, Mandi, Acará and Tambaqui (23m2). 02 Royal suites placed in front of vessel (50m2). All suites and cabins equipped with private bathrooms, hair dryer, private balcony, twin- size beds, TV, Telephone, air-conditioner and music.

All inclusive
In our two restaurants (Grilll and Karup), we offer our guests a special experience thru local and international cuisine. Pool Bar and Night Club bar. What is included: Lodging, FAP - Full America Plan, Welcome drink, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (national and international), safe box inside the cabins, tourist activities on ground with specialized guides. No personal expenses are included in the package rate. Documents required for boarding: Passport for foreigners and ID for Brazilians (RG).

Entertainment
Entertainment such as field trips, dance classes, fishing and ecological classes of the local fauna and flowers. Live music shows and theme parties at night. Motorboat rides thru and excursions local lakes, igapós and igarapés.

Conditions for the cruise
The departure time for any cruise is 6 p.m.
The arrival time at the day of disembarkation is 8 a.m.
No children less than 15 years old are accepted on board.
Two bags are allowed to bring on board.
The following documentation is requested:
American passengers have to have a passport and a visa for Brazil.
Yellow Fever vaccination must be taken at least 10 days prior to your arrival in Brazil.

Additional Information:
• No children less than 15 years old are accepted on board.
• Children since 15 years old pays 100% of the tariff, applying the same rules for the SGL cabin;
• Two bags are allowed to bring on board.
• For guests who wants to travel in SGL cabin request the price. 
• At all meals time in KAURUP restaurant, it is not allowed to use bermudas neither shorts;
• Luggage limit: 02 suitcases per person;
• There will be a dinner pump supplement (Christmas and New Years Eve) to be confirmed at the time of booking.

The departure time for any cruise is 6p.m and the arrival time at the day of disembarkation is 8a.m. There are three itineraries: Rio Solimões (3nts), Rio Negro (4nts) and Rio Solimôes and Rio Negro (7nts). This All Inclusive cruise encompasses lodging, all meals, welcome cocktail, all snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, both domestic and imported, safety deposit box located inside the cabins and various guided activities and excursions at the stops. Items of a personal nature and personal expenses are not included in the package rate. Documents required for boarding: I.D. for Brazilian citizens and passport for all others.

The 72 cabins are situated on three different decks - Mandi, Acará and Tambaqui. The two spacious royal suites are situated in the front of the vessel. Suites and cabins are equipped with private bathrooms, twin beds, private balcony, TV, telephone, hair dryer, air-conditioning and radio.

This ship includes two pools, a rooftop Jacuzzi and two restaurants. The bar salon for entertainment can be used as a conference room with a capacity for approximately 148 people.

Entertainment on the ship includes field trips, dance classes, fishing and ecological classes where participants are taught about the native fauna and flora. There are also motorboat excursions through the local lakes of Igapos and Igarapes. Evening activities include live music and theme parties.

Other amenities include fitness center, laundry service, valet, drugstore, on-site paramedic and internet access.

Minimum occupation for navigation:
Iberostar Grand Amazon just sails away with minimum occupation of 15 cabins or 30 people. In the case that reservation number is less than 15 cabins or 30 people, Iberostar Grand Amazon has the right to cancel the trip and will reimburse reservations pre-paid for the clients.

All Inclusive:
Tariffs are ALL INCLUSIVE for the following items: FAP, cabin, trekking, excursions in small boats, shows on board, alcoholic and not alcoholic drinks.

General Notes:
• To go to the port on the date and at the time that appears in the voucher is under responsability of the passenger. It will not be conceded reimbursement nor indemnity of the money in case of not showing up in the stipulated time;
• Iberostar Grand Amazon may postpone trip in 24 hours for weather reasons, fortuitous cases or any incident. After this time limit or if such circumstances go on, Amazon Jungle (Iberostar Grand Amazon) may cancel cruise and reimburse money without the obligation of other kind of indemnity for the passenger;
• Passenger, one time in the boat may not ask for a cabin change. Command crew of the ship may ask to the client a cabin change in case of risk to his well being or according to the rule in vigor in the ship.
• Passenger is responsible to have his documents up to dated according to the Brazilian valid legislation. Amazon Jungle may refuse embarkment of the passenger that does not have documents claimed, with no obligation to restitute any value payed for the client or to pay any other kind of indemnity.
• Iberostar Grand Amazon reserves itself the right of to impede embarkment or to claim disembarkation of passengers that may disturb well being of other passengers, according boat rules.
• Paramedic service on board is free for the first consultation and covers just first aid services of a sickroom. In case of passenger has to be attended other times, services will be charged according to table which is in the reception of the boat. Use of any kind of medicine will be under exclusive passenger responsibility, medicine usuary.
• Tips on board are not included in the package. Passengers may handle tips to the captain in a closed envelope, that, according to Iberostar tradition, will distribute it between all crew members. Iberostar recommends minimum of US$ 12,00per person / per day.
• TRANSFERS are not included.
• Iberostar Grand Amazon reserves itself the right to suspend a cruise in case of not accomplishing the minimum of 30 passengers on board on the trip, with the condition that this canceling occurs in a time limit of 30 days of antecedence of the cruise foreseen date. In this case, the company will reimburse money paid, with no obligation of other indemnizations, with a dead line of until 10 days after cruise canceling advice.
